Solution

Applying the rules of Light Cycle to the provided colored lines of text given the provided serial number puts them into the order Blue, Magenta, Yellow, White, Green, Red.

The images on the bottom describe symbols from the Complex Keypad module. Finding the position of each symbol in the corresponding row in the manual and using that to index into the corresponding line of text yields:
